Artikel 101 Uppgiftsskydd
I fråga om behandling av personuppgifterpersonuppgifter enligt definitionen i artikel 4.1 i förordning (EU) 2016/679. inom ramen för denna förordning, ska behöriga myndigheter utföra sina uppgifter enligt denna förordning i enlighet med förordning (EU) 2016/679.
EBA:s och Esmas behandling av personuppgifterpersonuppgifter enligt definitionen i artikel 4.1 i förordning (EU) 2016/679. inom ramen för denna förordning ska genomföras i enlighet med förordning (EU) 2018/1725.
