Artikel 129 Tystnadsplikt
Tystnadsplikt ska gälla EBA, alla personer som arbetar eller har arbetat för EBA samt för andra personer till vilka EBA har delegerat uppgifter, inklusive av EBA anlitade revisorer och sakkunniga.
