Artikel 90 Förbud mot olagligt röjande av insiderinformation
En person som förfogar över insiderinformation får inte olagligen röja insiderinformation för någon annan person, utom i de fall då röjandet sker som ett normalt led i fullgörandet av tjänst, verksamhet eller åligganden.
Vidarebefordran av de rekommendationer eller uppmaningar som avses i artikel 89.4 utgör olagligt röjande av insiderinformation om den person som röjer rekommendationen eller uppmaningen inser eller borde inse att den bygger på insiderinformation.
