Artikel 90 Inkrafttreten und Geltungsbeginn
Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
Sie gilt ab dem 10. Juli 2027 mit Ausnahme für in Artikel 3 Ziffer 3 Buchstaben n und o genannten Verpflichteten, für die sie ab dem 10. Juli 2029 gilt.
