Artikel 108 Ikraftträdande och tillämpning
Denna förordning träder i kraft den sjunde dagen efter det att den har offentliggjorts i Europeiska unionens officiella tidning.
Den ska tillämpas från och med den 1 juli 2025.
Artiklarna 1, 4, 49, 53, 54, 55, 57–66, 68–71, 100, 101 och 107 ska dock tillämpas från och med den 26 juni 2024, och artikel 103 ska tillämpas från och med den 31 december 2025.
