Artikel 79 Genomförande av budgeten
Verkställande direktören ska genomföra myndighetens budget med hänsyn till principerna om sparsamhet, effektivitet, ändamålsenlighet och sund ekonomisk förvaltning.
Verkställande direktören ska varje år översända all information till budgetmyndigheten som rör resultatet av utvärderingsförfaranden.
