Artikel 108 Inkrafttreten und Geltungsbeginn
Diese Verordnung tritt am siebten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
Sie gilt ab dem 1. Juli 2025.
Die Artikel 1, 4, 49, 53, 54, 55, 57 bis 66, 68 bis 71, 100, 101 und 107 gelten jedoch ab dem 26. Juni 2024, und Artikel 103 gilt ab dem 31. Dezember 2025.
