Artikel 81 Finanzregelung
Das Direktorium erlässt nach Konsultation der Kommission die für die Behörde geltende Finanzregelung. Diese darf von der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2019/715 nur abweichen, wenn dies für den Betrieb der Behörde eigens erforderlich ist und die Kommission vorher ihre Zustimmung erteilt hat.
