Article 108 Entrée en vigueur et application
Le présent règlement entre en vigueur le septième jour suivant celui de sa publication au Journal officiel de l’Union européenne.
Il est applicable à partir du 1.
Cependant, les articles 1er, 4, 49, 53, 54, 55, 57 à 66, 68 à 71, 100, 101 et 107 sont applicables à partir du 26 juin 2024, et l’article 103 s’applique à partir du 31 décembre 2025.
